Calibration & Test

Calibration

operation that, under specified conditions, in a first step establishes a relation between the quantity values with measurement uncertainties provided by measurement standards and corresponding indications with associated measurement uncertainties and, in a second step, uses this information to establish a relation for obtaining a measurement result from an indication.

The purpose and benefits of calibration are:
1. A calibration may be expressed by a statement, calibration function, calibration diagram, calibration curve, or calibration table. In some cases it may consist of an additive or multiplicative correction of the indication with associated measurement uncertain.
2. Calibration should not be confused with adjustment of a measuring system, often mistakenly called “self-calibration”, nor with verification of calibration.
3. Often, the first step alone in the above definition is perceived as being calibration.

Trusur Lab is well experienced in serving the calibration of various models and types of gas instruments from almost all international brands.

Instrument Performance Check

Instrument Performance Check is principally an instrument inspection service to gather deeper information of performance and results of measurement. Instrument performance will then be recognized based on performance of instrumentation, sensor inspection buy using certified-standard gas.

Adjustment

Adjustment is a resetting service of sensor readings so that the instrument or measuring instrument shows the actual reading results or within the reading acceptance limit.

Service & Sparepart

The proficiency-testing program aims to evaluate laboratory performance related to measurement and monitoring performance on an ongoing basis. We are well experienced in carrying out gas and air laboratory proficiency tests in conformity with ISO / IEC 17043 and ISO 13528. This event is conducted routinely. Get the schedule and book it on your working agenda.

Service & Sparepart

Trusur Lab also commences gas instrument service maintenance and repair. This is usually on irregular/occasional and/or contract service basis. Every maintenance service or repair will use original spare parts that provided in accordance with the standards set by the manufacturer.
